Here are the changes I need to make sooner than later.
Basically I need to believe in myself and my life again – aside from the ‘intellectual’ identity I’ve been defined by in the recent three years.
Got to get back to Earth.
Health
- Eating: less in general and simpler: going towards organic grains, veggies and fruit, and more towards raw.
- Physical form: want to consciously loose weight. Back to the lean 65 kg I was as a teenager would be good. Who cares if I’m skinny (besides my fat relatives?)
Lifestyle
- Work fearlessly, physically. Adopt a can-do invincible attitude.
- Want to be active and get my coordination and zest for life back.
- Sleep down to 5 hours a night average – starting with six.
- Minimalist: not more than needed.
- Few clothes
- Netbook (cheap and efficient) with external drive (possibly wait for next-gen netbooks with better CPUs and GPUs).
- Simple lodgings will be fine – low financial overheads.
Sexuality
One organism a week tops for the next couple of years. (How does Saturday sound for you LOL?) Got to fix that leak.
Spirituality
Solid meditation as prescribed in the method I follow. It’s expected that with the above changes I will be able to do more than the prescribed minimum. The med and lifestyle changes will reinforce each other
